"Once again, Dominos Brownwood knocked it out of the park!!! New Years Eve and they were inundated with orders. It took a little longer than normal for our order but, definitely worth the wait. So fresh and delicious and made to perfection!! Thanks again for the amazing pizza!! Best pizza in Brownwood!!"

"My husband called to place an order. A obvious kid who didn’t know what he was doing answered took our order made him read it back…we wait a whole hour call back to see when the food will be delivered and the kid never even placed the order. I end up yelling at him and the manager on duty I was wrong and I know that but i was also very frustrated because we knew this kid was gonna mess it up by the way he talked ( he talked very carelessly) but we tried to give him the benefit of the doubt. Anyways I did say some ugly things that I’m very and truly sorry for after speaking to the GM she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to fix the mess up. They did not have to even waste their time trying to fix things with how I spoke to them. She was very calm and had a way of talking down the situation so professionally. I can see why she has her position she truly was a great great one in that moment. To the other manager I’m sorry for yelling at you and even the young boy who had no idea what he was doing LITERALLY….i am sorry and thank you to the GM for fixing the issue and making it right. Food was excellent"

"Had a carry out order tonight and a simple mistake was made on the order, but they went so far above and beyond to correct it and treat me so kindly while waiting for the new. This specific dominos is easily one of the best, if not THE best, place in town for fast eats. They’re always so kind, helpful and efficient with our orders. We order regularly and ALWAYS have a positive outcome."

"The food is always good at this location. We get good fast service and the employees are happy and helpful. Over the last several years we have only had about 2 orders that were wrong but they were corrected without delay. Thanks again for a good experience."

"I placed an online order tonight and it said almost an hour wait. I was shocked but figured they were busy. I went in just before my pick up time and while my pizza wasn't ready yet I watched and observed.. 16 people on the clock... And for the first time ever all were working and being productive... They had a mass infux of orders and couldn't keep up. I used to work in a restaurant I understand... These days it's rare to see so many employees on the clock let alone all working. When my food came out it was only 9 minutes after the latest time that it would via app... But it was hot and fresh even with me driving home... I just wanted to let y'all know you killed that rush!!! Y'all are great!!"

"I always have great drivers with great attitudes!! Also my food is almost never wrong. Things get forgotten and it's understandable the staff is great even if mistakes are made! I'll never get pizza delivered from anywhere else in town"
